Returns & Refunds Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to make our Returns & Refunds Policy as clear and straightforward as possible. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a range of options to ensure you are taken care of. Our policy outlines the steps you need to follow to return an item and how refunds are processed, so you can shop with confidence knowing your rights are protected.

Due to the nature of the products, we supply (size, weight, dimensions), and the delivery cost involved in certain cases, all returns should comply with the following conditions before a Credit Note can be processed. 

•  The product must still be in its original, undamaged packaging and in a sellable condition.
•  The product should be inspected before installation, as no return will be accepted after installation.
•  Goods incorrectly delivered will be exchanged at no cost to the client.
•  A handling fee of 15% will be applicable on all customer returns.
•  The return date of goods must be within 30 days of purchase
•  To exchange or replace an item - The item must first be returned to Gastech Fittings in its original undamaged packaging for inspection before an exchange can be approved.
•  Unfortunately, no returns on Special Ordered products.
•  A collection fee will be applicable to all customer returns on goods delivered.
•  Please take note that delivery fees are non-refundable due to 3rd party courier costs.
